- Creative Audio ControlMatrix - ControlNet Software
- ControlMatrix is founded upon robust software modules running on system 'Host' computers. These modules work together to control a MediaMatrix engine that routes and processes audio signals. In addition, the software organizes paging priorities, schedules and controls messages and monitors the health of the ControlMatrix system. ControlMatrix software uses the QNX real-time operating system, renowned for its security predictability and stability in mission-critical applications.
- Three user interfaces provide for configuration, management and control of a ControlMatrix system.
- ControlMatrix Setup allows an installer or system administrator to configure or reconfigure all system elements including, for instance, the number, type and addresses of connected peripherals; network attributes; port attributes; etc

- ControlMatrix Console provides a means of operational control for ControlMatrix systems. Page codes may be created comprising source and destination elements, and these codes may be assigned to buttons on particular paging stations. Messages may be configured and scheduled for playback against both a clock and calendar. In addition, comprehensive monitoring of system activity is possible through this interface.
- ControlMatrix Courtesy is a simple user interface for construction and control of courtesy messages comprising elements of (either or both) pre recorded messages and text-to-speech insertions derived from typed words or phrases.

- All three user interfaces may be run 'natively' on the ControlMatrix hardware, or remotely on a Windows based PC networked with the ControlMatrix system.
- ControlMatrix Setup and Console plus one instance of the remote Windows client are supplied with all ControlMatrix systems. Other software is modular and scalable. It may be ordered to suit the architecture and dimensions of the target system.
